The first of our special classes is with sustainable seafood specialist Tom Kime.
You may have seen him on the Gourmet Farmers ‘What’s the Catch?’.
Tom has worked in many restaurants around the world, perhaps most famously with Jamie Oliver at London’s River Café. He also cooked the Asian banquet for Jamie’s wedding breakfast. With restaurants in both London – Ceru; Levant and middle eastern and Sydney – Fish & Co; which sells only sustainable seafood, regular appearances on Ready Steady Cook and five cookbooks to his name, student are in for a real treat when they attend a hands on classes with Tom, in either March, May and July.
